Life Beyond Work
Dr. Miller earned her DVM from Kansas State in 2010 and founded Rocking KM a year later.
Today she leads both RKMM Management and “The Next Five” - her coaching program for new veterinarians navigating the first hard years of their career.
She’s an active National Reining Horse Association competitor and a mom, living in Cottonwood Falls with her husband and daughter.
Her work sits at the intersection of medicine and mindset helping veterinarians build confidence, boundaries, and careers that don’t burn them out.
